A Night at Home.

This was a year or so ago, at my old apartment.
I was watching/photographing my roommates prepare for their night out while I anticipated the "alone" time I would soon have, and use, to work on projects.
I was making a dress.

Brooklyn Botanical Garden

A visit to the Brooklyn Botanical Garden.
In the middle of Summer. It was so hot you could see leaves curling.
Next time I go will definitely be during the Spring.

McGolrick Man

The first time I stumbled upon this gem of a park was last Feburary.

"The USS Monitor Monument (erected in 1938 to commemorate the
Battle of the Monitor and Merrimac, March 9, 1862, and
in memory of the men of the Monitor and its designer, John Ericsson.)
It is the work of the Sculptor, Antonio De Felippo.
The monument represents a bronze figure of a sailor straining at a hawser." (cite)
